Abstract
This thesis focuses on determining the cause of the formation of encrustations in waste water treatment technology company BorsodChem MCHZ s.r.o. Specificaly, the technological degree of neutralization waste water and settling gypsum. It describes the problems that are in this business due to the influence of these encrustations. Then again, describes the methods available, verified and studied, which can reduce the formation of incrusts partially, but not completely removed.
