Abstract
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to assess occupational risks in a selected part of the technological line in the Ostravar brewery. The assessed part of the technology will be a fermentation area workplace, with a focus on assessing occupational risks, primarily those associated with operation and maintenance. Safety measures will be assessed or proposed to eliminate occupational risks when workers enter hazardous spaces that they operate, maintain, and repair in individual parts of this production technology.
