Abstract

The object of the bachelor thesis is to work up the project for the planning permimission with specialization on technological regulation of making hydroisolation. The project looks into construction of apartment building, wich is situated is suburban part of the town Hlučín. Whole project documentation is made according to valid legal regulations. In my bachelor thesis I fallow up technological procedure implementation the damp course, with is filled in comparsion with economic and time variant solution to three various materials. In the next part I address principle related to organization of the building. The detailed item bndget, timetable of building and thermal – technical appraisal building construction is there worked out too.
