Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with Emergency Survival Plan in the Municipality with Extended Competence Nový Jičín. The theoretical part contains the description and implementation of emergency measures, including survival related legislation. The practical part is focused on risk identification in Municipality with Extended Competence Nový Jičín and especially the verification of the data in plan for the emergency survival.
