Specifika zajištění požární ochrany v podzemí

Abstract

Bakalářská práce na téma: „Specifika hašení požárů v podzemí“ je rozdělena do sedmi částí. V první části popisuji zadanou problematiku v čem je specifická a odlišná od ostatních havárií a požárů. V druhé části se zabývám postupy při likvidacích důlních požárů a následných haváriích. Ve třetí části popisuji současný stav při likvidaci důlních požárů a následných haváriích. Ve čtvrté části se seznámíme s legislativou platnou v podzemí. Zmiňuji zde „Vyhlášku ČBU č.447/2001 Sb., ze dne 3. prosince 2001, o báňské záchranné službě, ve znění vyhlášky č.87/2006 Sb., ze dne 10. března 2006“ a také „Vyhlášku ČBU ze dne 21. ledna 2002 o zdolávání havárií v dolech a při těžbě ropy a zemního plynu“. Pátá část řeší zásady organizace represivního zásahu v dole. Řešíme zde organizační postupy při zdolávání důlních havárií nebo požárů. Šestá část nás seznamuje s novými hasebními látkami, které se objevují v dnešní době na světových trzích. Také se zde zabývám možným použitím v podzemí. Sedmá část obsahuje návrhy využití nových hasebních látek a technologií v podzemí.

Bachelor work themed: „Specificity of the fire extinguishing in the underground" is divided into the seven parts. In forepart I describe engaged problematic what is the specific and the difference from the others breakdowns and fires. In the second part I deal with routes at liquidations in the underground fires following breakdowns. In the third part I describe the present state of the liquidation underground´s fires and following breakdowns. In the fourth part we get to know the legislature valid in the underground. I allude here „Public Notice CBU No.447/2001 Sb., from the day the 3rd December 2001, about mining rescue service, in a word of public notice No.87/2006 Sb., from the day the 10th March 2006" as well as „Public Notice CBU from the day the 21th January 2002 about negotiation of breakdowns in mines and at oil and gas extraction". The fifth part deal with theses of organization of repressive interference in the underground. We solve here the organizational´s routes at negotiation mine breakdowns or fires. The sixth part acquaint us with the new fire materials that occur nowadays on world's markets. I also deal here with possible using in the underground. The seventh part includes suggestions usage new fires materials and underground´s technology.
