Abstract

The theme of this bachelory work is the advertising in the unfair competition. My objective was to post the reader in the problems of the feigned and comparative advertising, to rate the legal remedies by protection from this advertising, which is the unfair competition and describe the relation of public to this advertising. Information issues of the legal regulations and professional publications, which describe these problems. The practical part uses the results of questionnaires examines. This work is divided into three chapters. The first one describes the legal amendment of advertising, its historical development, all concepts, which are connected with advertising and it is not forgotten its regulation. The second chapter is intent on the unfair competition, with a view to definiting of economic competition and unfair competition by describing of their factual substance, the end of this chapter is devoted to the legal remedies against the unfair acting in competition. The last third chapter analyses the problems of unfair and comparative advertising. The practical part presents the relation of public to the advertising. This work provides to its reader the general knowledge of regulation mechanism in the sphere of advertising and legal modifications of unfair competition. The practical part discloses then the public opinion as to the advertising generally as to the unfair cases, which are the unfair and comparative advertising.
