Analýza produktivity práce ve výrobním podniku

Abstract

Objective of the work is to analyze labour productivity in a company AMTPO and define proposals with a target of increasing labour productivity. Methodology adopted for measuring and analyzing labour productivity was through data gathering, interviews and discussions with concerned persons and through statistical methods. Company uses couple of indicators to control and monitor labour productivity which helps it in the monitoring and enable it to quickly respond to take corrective measures. Based on analysis which was performed it was found out that a company actively uses these indicators. It was also suggested a couple of proposals which should help with increasing of labour productivity.
