Abstract

Bachelor study deals with the design of road crossing in the center of Terlicko village. The aim of the thesis is to prove a roundabout in real situation. The thesis starts with present condition of the crossing and its historical development. Next stage describes the roundabout design, the traffic analysis, rushing hour identification and capability of the presented solution. Following part verifies the traffic load curves, lists fields taken for road building and estimates financial expenses. The conclusion describes evaluation of the presented designs with recommendation for real project.
