Problémy penzijní reformy v České republice

Abstract

The work is about questions of pensionable reforms in the Czech republic. Concretely it targets the main reasons because of the reform of this pensionable system is necessary and also describes running of implementing separate reform steps. First chapter is prologue. In this prologue there is described point of work, divisions on chapters and short description of subject of separate chapters. Second chapter definated general set of pensionable systems and sequentially description of Czech pensionable system. Here is also described function of 3 pillars of insurable protection of citizens. The part of this chapter is dedicated to description of pensionable additional insurance and pensionable funds. Subject od third chapter is short demographic development of Czech republic. Here are described main demographic problems. Second part of this chapter is dedicated to mandatory outlays. Fourth chapter deal with pensionable reform. On description of work of Operatin team connect each projects of political parties and final project for reform of pensionable system, that has to pass in 3 periods. Than here are also published changes, that were already approved. This chapter is finished by description of pensionable systems operating in other states and their comparison. Last chapter is end. Here are resumed main demographic problems, that are reasons for making pensionable reforms and separate steps in implementing of changes in pensionable systems.
