Abstract

The bachelors thesis engages with laws of community, gives a view over the law making of the community, their limits, nature and role. It describes all appurtenances, which should include all communities legal enactment, explains types, activity and legality of these regulations. It also engages with a control of these regulations by state organs (public authority). This thesis aims to integrate theoretical and practical questions resulting from the view of interpretation of relevant constitutional and legal regularization.
