Abstract

The dissertation deals with material exploitation of fine grained slag of out of furnace desulphurisation. It evaluates the environmental impacts of its recycling in a blast furnace and verifies the applicability of the technology in the Czech metallurgy industry. The comparison of output blast furnace products’ characteristics during the experimental recycling in the blast furnace and common operation of the agreggate is used for the environmental assessment of the technology.
