Řízení zásob výrobního podniku

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem řízení zásob. Jejím cílem je analýza současného stavu řízení zásob konkrétního průmyslového podniku a navržení zlepšení řízení zásob s následným vyhodnocením navržených zlepšení. Práce je strukturovaná do dvou částí. První částí je část teoretická, která se věnuje problematice tématu zásob a jejich řízení. Druhá část diplomové práce je praktická část, která se zaměřuje na aplikaci metod řízení zásob v konkrétní společnosti. Na základě provedené analýzy společnosti KOH-I-NOOR RONAS s.r.o. práce uvádí problematické oblasti současného řízení zásob této společnosti. V návaznosti na problémové oblasti navrhuje zavedení nového systému řízení zásob s cílem zlepšení současného stavu řízení zásob.

This thesis deals with the topic of inventory management. Its aim is to analyze the current state of inventory management of a particular industrial company and to propose an improvement in inventory management with subsequent evaluation of the proposed improvements. The thesis is structured into two parts. The first part is the theoretical part, which deals with the issue of inventory and their management. The second part of the thesis is a practical part that focuses on the application of inventory management methods in a particular company. Based on the analysis of KOH-I-NOOR RONAS s.r.o. thesis presents problematic areas of the current stock management of this company. Following the problem areas, it proposes the introduction of a new inventory management system with the aim of improving the current status of inventory management.
