Abstract

In my thesis I focused on the state of the environment respectively the state of air quality and its protection in VÍTKOVICE, plc. Firstly I approached the issue of air pollution in Ostrava and its although slow, but improving trend. Subsequently I described the company VÍTKOVICE MACHINARY GROUP and one of its part VÍTKOVICE POWER ENGINEERING, plc. I described their aims in air protection, integrated permits. And finally, I focused on the ecologization of the paintshop and implementation new technology to reduce emission levels by integrated permits issued by the Regional authority
