Změna zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

This thesis deals with the proposal of changes to the employee benefits system in a selected organization. The aim was to evaluate the research data and prepare specific proposals and solutions. The evaluation was based on the analysis of a questionnaire survey, which was used to collect the necessary data. The respondent group was workers in blue-collar positions. The results show the interest of employees in extending the existing benefits system with new, monetary benefits. According to the research, the application of the change will have a positive effect on the motivation and satisfaction of the workers concerned. In the conclusion, specific suggestions are summarized and a recommendation is made that suggests a combination of two new benefits.
