Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the major sights, which were built by Bata Shoe Company, Inc. It describes and transforms the most important architectural buildings and attractions Bata era. Occupies a central importance of the survey, which identifies attitudes, beliefs, attendance and interest of visitors and permanent citizens of the Zlín about these architectural monuments. A part of the work is a SWOT analysis that evaluates tourism in Zlín. The conclusion is to prepare suggestions and recommendations that highlight new and better use of Bata sights leading to the development of a tourism in Zlín. Specifically designed educational and learning program called "Bata Zlín", a tour around the most important sights of Bata, the extension of the promotion, enhancement of the website, a new exhibition devoted to the phenomenon of Bata, increased investment in the restoration of monuments from Bata time or a city tour accompanied by a guide to sights, who built by Bata Shoe Company, Inc.
