Abstract
The subject of the thesis is The layout of a marketing mix for a newly emerging guest-house. The aim of this work was propound for a newly emerging mountain guest-house marketing mix and help it to start its operation. In my work I used the method of questioning, both forms, personally and writing.
In the theoretical section, I define the terms relating to marketing, characteristics of facilities, marketing mix and tourism. In the next part, I introduce the research methodology and the preparation and implementation phase of its own research. The following section is related to characteristics of the environment, ie. macro and micro environment. In the section "Analysis of the data" I analyzed and graphically illustrate the results of the research. Finally, I tried to design from the research results obtained the marketing mix for the pension Buffalo.
