Zhodnocení rizikových faktorů pracovního prostředí

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the evaluation of risk factors in the working environment of a selected company. The first part of the thesis presents not only the basic information but also the legislation that sets the main framework for safety and health protection at work. In further sections, the thesis addresses the categorization of work, where all thirteen risk factors are described. Subsequently, the main methods of assessing the risks of the working environment are discussed and described. In the last parts, the thesis primarily focuses on the practical information that was obtained in the selected company. Based on this information, a proposal is made for classification into categories and a subsequent proposal for measures, which should support and improve the safety at the selected workplace.
