Bezbariérové užívání – Český Těšín

Abstract

Obsahem bakalářské práce je snaha o vytvoření a propojení ucelených bezbariérových tras s přihlédnutím k požadavkům osob s omezenou schopností pohybu a orientace. Za tímto účelem byla provedena analýza dopravní infrastruktury a přístupu do budov občanské vybavenosti. Na závěr je navrženo možné řešení. Návrh zpracování je v souladu s Národním rozvojovým programem mobility pro všechny a s další příslušnou legislativou, především s vyhláškou 398/2006 Sb. o obecných technických požadavcích zabezpečujících bezbariérové užívání staveb.

The bachelor's thesis attempts to create and connect comprehensive routes, keeping in mind the requirements of those who have limited abilities of movement and orientation. For this purpose, an analysis of the traffic infrastructure and of the access to public facilities was made. In conclusion, possible solutions are recommended. The design of the recommendations must be in line with the National Developmental Programme Mobility for All and with the corresponding legislation, especially with Ordinance 398/2006 Sb. on municipal technical requirements ensuring the barrier-free use of facilities.
