Abstract

The present thesis includes theoretical and practical opinion on transients in induction machines. It contains a theoretical analysis and proposal method of solving transients. A significant part of thesis is devoted to creating a simulation model of induction machines in Matlab - Simulink in which simulations are then performed selected transients. The thesis is further supplemented by measurements of selected transients for induction machines, which are used not only for the assessment of these processes, but also created simulation model verification.
