Tvorba krizových scénářů v podnikatelském subjektu

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the current situation of the business entity from the perspective of potential crisis outbreaks, to create emergency scenarios and propose recommendations for minimizing the effects on the company. For the solution, PESTLE analysis, Porter's five forces analysis, financial analysis and SWOT analysis were used. Based on the analysis and mapping into a crisis matrix, potential crisis outbreaks were found. Crisis scenarios for evaluating the degree of risk were created for selected outbreaks. The most important crisis outbreak has been further developed and then recommendations have been suggested to minimize the risk.
