Abstract

As part of the diploma thesis, the project documentation of a multi-functional house is processed at the level of documentation for a building permit according to the Annex to Decree No. 499/1006 Coll., as amended by Decree No. 405/2017 Coll.: Annex No. 13: Scope and content of project documentation for implementation buildings. It is a five-story building with one underground floor. The supporting structure of the building is designed as a prefabricated skeleton. On the 1st floor and 1st floor there are collective garages and technical facilities of the building. The 2nd floor is intended for retail, and the 3rd and 4th floors are for office space.
