Modelování efektivnosti průběhu skupinového rozhodování

Abstract

This work is focused on effectiveness modelling of the process of the decision-making group. With use of a model of Vroom and Yetton, a suitable practical problem of an enterprise is used for solution to be reached by the decision-making group with use of group decision-making method. The aim of the decision making process is to find a solution to the problem. Shortcomings in effectiveness of the process are detected by tests during the decision process with use of questionnaires. Finally, options are designed to address these shortcomings with a goal to increase efficiency of the decision-making process.
