Vliv technologie výroby na odsíření oceli v rámci sekundární metalurgie

Abstract

The thesis is focused on the study of technology, which is focused on the desulphurization of steel in secondary metallurgy in the production of steel S355 and evaluation of operating heats on each device. The first part deals with the assessment characteristics during the desulphurisation of steel in terms of secondary metallurgy focusing on the possibility of individual units. The operating conditions were made 15 heats different technological process for secondary metallurgy in terms steelworks Vitkovice Steel, Inc. He was evaluated by the degree of desulfurization of steel of various technological processes at individual facilities Ladle steel processing and a characteristic additional fluxes. In the evaluation, it was shown that the degree of desulfurization of steel of different technological procedure was markedly different.
