Abstract
Bachelor thesis deals with human resource management in selected company. The aim of this work was to characterize the management of human resources in the selected company and the employee satisfaction survey to determine the satisfaction and motivation at a branch in Frýdek-Místek and Brno. As the method used for the bachelor thesis, it was used a questionnaire survey of employees, the supplementary interview with the employees of the company, controlled interview with superiors, study documents and observations. On the basis of the information was designed in the company the introduction of employee benefits. In the company was designed vouchers for the purchase of vitamins and vouchers Ticket benefits and provide 4 days free within sick days. For a branch in Brno was also recommended to increase the number of meetings with the employees of this branch to 2 meetings per month.
