Abstract

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to describe and approach my work experience in Slovak Telecom as one of the largest companies providing telecomunications services in the world. The main focus of my work is to approach the support staff working i.e. working with software and also to analyse certain types of problems I was dealing with. My bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. In the first part of my thesis, I will introduce the company as whole and briefly describe the focus of my work. In the second part, I will try to approach the development of the technical support and analyse some specific problems, which that I was dealing with daily. In conclusion, I want to highlight the benefits of my practice and describe knowledge and skills acquired.
