Hodnocení efektivnosti investic ve společnosti BORCAD cz s.r.o.

Abstract

The thesis deals with future and realizable investment of the company BORCAD cz, Ltd. regarding spreading the current production capacity. Each of investment variants is evaluated by means of chosen methods of investment evaluation and these variants are also compared and commented on. It is necessary to take into consideration also the strategy and vision of the company during the process of investment assessment which means that the company is highly focused on development of new products. Gaining larger share of the Czech market and foreign markets should be enabled by keeping the rules of the strategy and vision of the company. Construction realization of new production capacity enables to the enterprise to accept orders of larger volume required by international companies and due to that the company ought to be able to enter new and partly similar field of production.
