The goal of diploma thesis is to make a new use of the premises of the former School of agriculture in Klimkovice, with the main interest in the building of the school. The new function is housing in apartments. There are 14 apartments including 4 special apartments for people with handicap. The next goal is to make a new surroundings of the school connected with adjacent farmhouse.
