Metody detekce hran v biomedicínských obrazech

Abstract

Bakalářská práce popisuje zpracování obrazu, vlastnosti obrazu, generátory šumů a hranové detektory. Práce se věnuje metodám detekce hran v biomedicínských obrazech s použitím reálných datových sad. Cílem této bakalářské práce jsou experimenty spočívající v porovnání odolnosti hranových detektorů vůči šumu. Dalším cílem je vlastní implementace hranových operátorů a aplikace s grafickým uživatelským rozhraním pro edukativní účely. Všechny tyto experimenty byly implementovány v prostředí MATLAB.

This bachelor thesis describes image processing, image attributes, noise generators and edge detectors. This thesis is dedicated to the methods of edge detection in biomedical images using real datasets. The aim of this bachelor thesis are experiments providing information about the detector noise resistance. Another aim is own implementation of selected edge detection operators and an application with a graphical user interface for educational purpose. All these experiments were implemented in MATLAB environment.
