Zásahy na nebezpečné látky v podmínkách Územního odboru Svitavy

Abstract

The thesis solves hazardous matters removal and remedial actions on the territory of the Svitavy district. It deals with tactical possibilities of fire departments on the territory of the Svitavy district. The basic tactical procedure of the Fire Brigade Rescue Corps of the region, of the Svitavy regional division, is set there. The thesis gives characteristics of the Svitavy district in terms of hazardous matters sources and presents a possible schedule of emergency operation management. Futhermore, the integration of SDH (volunteer firemen) corps of municipalities in the hazardous matters removal and remedial actions on the territory of the Svitavy district is considered and solved as well. At the end the evaluation of present conditions is carried out in terms of fire department operational power with reference to hazardous matters removal and remedial actions and the proposal for present situation improvement is presented.
