Měření spokojenosti obyvatel moravských metropolí se službami města

Abstract

This thesis analyzes the satisfaction with the services provided by two significant Moravian cities to its citizens, namely city Olomouc and city Ostrava. Total and partial satisfaction with various attributes concerning the quality of life in the city was measured in this work. Primary data were obtained through personal interviewing methods. Detected satisfaction was compared and actions for improving the current situation in both cities were proposed based on the result of this research.
