The bachelor's thesis focuses on the use of project management in implementing marketing in a small business. The main objective is to design a project that concentrates on the implementation of marketing in the selected business. The theoretical part describes the methods and tools of project management, which form the basis for the practical part of the work. The practical part presents a specific project proposal and its goals, including a time analysis, identification of potential risks, and visualization of the expected costs associated with the project. In conclusion, suggestions and recommendations based on the obtained results are formulated.
