Návrh systému hodnocení a spolupráce s dodavateli

Abstract

Hodnocení výkonnosti dodavatelů je jedna z mnoha částí nákupního procesu, která ale svou podstatou patří k těm nejdůležitějším. Ve společnosti Pars Komponenty, s.r.o. byla provedena analýza současného stavu systému hodnocení dodavatelů. Byly identifikovány nedostatky tohoto systému a byl navržen nový. V diplomové práci je popsán celý proces navržení nového systému (výběr kritérií, určení jejich významnosti) a následná doporučení pro jeho implementaci. Cílem bylo vytvoření co nejobjektivnějšího systému, který bude propojen se stávajícím informačním systémem společnosti.

Supplier´s efficiency appreciation is one segment of purchasing process but one of the most important according to its basis. The analysis of current frame of suppliers appreciation was performed inside the Pars Komponenty s.r.o. company. Disadvantages of this system were identified and new system was suggested. The whole process of proposing the new system and consecutive recommendations for implementation of it are described by this thesis (criteria assessment, significance definition). The goal was to create the most objective system which will be connected with current information system of the company.
