Analýza lomových ploch oceli AISI 316L připravené 3D tiskem

Abstract

The main topic of the thesis is evaluation of properties of 3D printing steel AISI 316L. The aim of this thesis is to compare different methods of 3D printing and their effect on the structure and mechanical properties. The theoretical part describes the various methods of additive manufacturing of metallic and non-metallic products and deals with comparison of their properties with conventional materials. There are descriptions of properties of austenitic steel, especially AISI 316L steel. The issue of fracture propagation is presented at the end. The experimental part deals with the comparison of toughness and fatigue properties of AISI 316L steel depending on manufacturing technology and post-processing. The printing technologies used were technology SLM and MME. A summary of all measured values is listed in the conclusion. The conclusion also contains possibilities of applying individual technologies.
