Abstract

Citizen Satisfaction Measurement with Municipal Services The aim of the diploma thesis is to find out the level of satisfaction of municipality citizens with chosen areas and to make suggestions and recommendations to increase the citizen satisfaction. To be concrete the town Otice, which is situated near Opava, is dealt with. The introductory chapters are devoted to theoretical ground of municipality marketing and detail characteristics of the town Otice. Except from this theoretical part the diploma thesis contains a practical part as well, a part of which is preparation and conduct of primary marketing research. The research was conducted by personal questioning on the sample of 150 respondents. The surveyed areas were transport services, business background, catering services, social, cultural and sport realization, municipal authority and chosen technical services, security, municipality environment and the area of health, post and information services. The practical part is completed by processing and analyzing the data gathered in the primary research. The thesis resulted in making concepts and recommendations.
