Zaměstnanecké benefity a jejich analýza u vybraného zaměstnavatele

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce řeší zaměstnanecké benefity a jejich analýzu u vybraného zaměstnavatele. Cílem práce bylo vymezit význam a charakterizovat zaměstnanecké benefity, specifikovat jejich právní úpravu a popsat je z účetního hlediska a z pohledu daňové výhodnosti. V praktické části práce bylo cílem zanalyzovat zaměstnanecké benefity u vybraného zaměstnavatele na základě výsledků dotazníkového šetření. Toto probíhalo u 180 respondentů a výsledky ukázaly, že vybraný zaměstnavatel má v poskytování zaměstnaneckých benefitů určité rezervy a zaměstnanci by uvítali jejich úpravu zejména v oblasti home office, popřípadě znovuzavedení Sodexo karet. V závěru jsou tedy navrženy konkrétní zaměstnanecké benefity, které by mohly zvýšit motivaci a spokojenost zaměstnanců u vybraného zaměstnavatele.

This thesis deals with employee benefits and their analysis in a selected employer. The aim of the thesis was to define the meaning and characterize employee benefits, to specify their legal regulation and to describe them from the accounting point of view and from the point of view of tax advantage. In the practical part of the thesis, the aim was to analyse employee benefits in a selected employer based on the results of a questionnaire survey. This was carried out with 180 respondents and the results showed that the selected employer has certain reserves in the provision of employee benefits and employees would welcome their adjustment, especially in the area of home office or reintroduction of Sodexo cards. In conclusion, specific employee benefits are proposed that could increase employee motivation and satisfaction at the selected employer.
