Strategická analýza vybraného podniku v oblasti zpracování plastických hmot

Abstract

The objective of the thesis is to perform a strategic analysis, which represents a key resource for achieving the long-term success of the enterprise. For this purpose, the current situation of the selected enterprise is assessed through analysis of the internal and external environment of the enterprise. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part contains the basic terminology and general procedures which form the basis for performance of the strategic analysis. This knowledge is subsequently applied to the selected enterprise in the practical part of the thesis. The analysis results are summarised and evaluated by SWOT analysis. The outputs from the practical part are suitable recommendations and measures which would contribute to improving the processes in the given enterprise, its growth and development.
