Abstract

The assignment of this bachelor thesis is elaboration of the project documentation for building construction of the family house, focused on heating and hot water heating. Documentation is divided to two main parts – construction part and part of technical equipment of buildings. The purpouse of this documentation was coordination of those two parts. The construction part includes design of two floor family house designeted for four member family. Heating of the object will be solved by floor heating, radiators and locally fireplace insert. The heating energy will be get from renewable resources – wood/ground thermal energy. The designe of the heating performance is based on heat loss which was part of the documentation alongwith thermal technical assessmanet of the structures , preparation of energy label of the building enevelope, energy performance certificate of the building.
