Abstract

Aim of this thesis was to evaluate current motivational and beneficial system of Trenkwalder joint stock company from the point of employee satisfaction, their incorporating in the company and contribution to the employer. The thesis covers three areas – motivation, employee benefits and education. In the field of motivation there are proposed changes to the conditions of providing holidays, particulary prolonging standard duration set by the law, changes in providing information necessary for work, general information concerning the company and changes in aims of evaluating meetings. In the field of employee benefits and education a change has been recommended to the employer, specifically in the form of expanding possibilities of using „personal employee account“ and a change in the rules of providing individual education.
