Povrchové úpravy keramických materiálů

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na povrchovou úpravu keramických materiálů. Téměř každý keramický produkt je povrchově upravován. Tento samostatný dílčí proces keramické výroby má účel jednak estetický, ale i funkční. V jednotlivých kapitolách práce jsou popsány metody povrchových úprav keramických výrobků, fyzikální a technické vlastnosti povrchových vrstev. Popsány jsou základní vlastnosti glazur, pigmentů a frit od složení, rozdělení až po jejich přípravu. Dále jsou popsány příčiny povrchových vad a jejich zamezení. V poslední kapitole jsou popsáni producenti glazur, pigmentů a frit v ČR a ve světě.

The thesis is focused on surface modification of ceramic materials. Almost every ceramic product is surface modification. This one step in ceramic process has both an aesthetic purpose, but also functional. In each chapter of work are described the methods of surface treatment of ceramic products, the physicaland technical properties of these surface layers. Are describedthe basic characteristic of glazes, pigments and frit their composition, distribution and preparation. The causesof surfacedefects andtheirprevention. The last chapter are describes the producers of glazes, frits and pigments in the Czech Republic andthe world.
