Postavenie a činnosť insolvenčného správcu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce, jak už z názvu vyplývá, se zaměřuje na postavení a činnost insolvenčního správce, na základě relativně nového insolevenčního zákona. Popisuje obecné informace o insolvenčním konání a jejím hlavním cílem je přiblížit činnost insolvenčního správce. Autorka se zaobírá podmínkami pro výkon funkce pro zájemce o poslání insolvenčního správce. V práci je popisovaná úloha správce jako soubor práv a povinností, které zákon stanovuje insolvenčnímu správci při různých formách řešení úpadku. V závěru práce se autorka zaměřuje na zodpovědnost a odměnování osoby insolvenčního správce.

This bachelor work, as it is followed on the title, is focused on the position and the activity of an insolvent administrator, based on the relatively new insolvent law. It is describing general information about insolvent procedure and its main aim is to put near the activity of the insolvent administrator. The author is concerning on the conditions for the performance of function for the person interested in commision of the insolvent administrator. In the work a task of an administrator is described as a file of rights and obligations which the law determines to the insolvent administrator at varied forms of solving of the recession. In the conclusion of the work the author focuses on the responsibility and remuneration of the person of insolvent administrator.
