Abstract

Žurovec, Vít, Apartment Building with Roof Terraces. Ostrava, 2023. Bachelor thesis. VŠB - Technical university of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Civil Engineering. The main objective of this bachelor thesis was the elaboration of the project documentation of a apartment building with roof terraces for the construction realization according with cecree No. 405/2017 Coll. amending the decree No. 499/2006 Coll on documentation of buildings as amended by Decree No. 62/2013 Coll. The project documentation was developed on the basis of the attached study and consists of a text and drawing part. The bachelor thesis includes thermal technical assessment of peripheral structures, an assessment of the acoustic properties of selected structures and simplified structural calculations of the most loaded lintel, foundation strip and floor slab.
