Abstract
This Bachelor thesis deals with basic issue concerning energy, which passes over circuit breaker during short – circuit. In this Bachelor thesis are universally described parts of electrical appliance, their properties and assumptions for correctly working on which are designed. Next part deals with issue electrical arc, especially in vacuum. Another section follows up Joule integral. Its properties used in practice are described. The last part of this Bachelor thesis describes measurement let – trough energy. This energy will be examinet depending on the air pressure.
