Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the description of the native XML database RadegastXDB and also with the description of the interface for communication of the client application with the database. Furthermore, the content of the thesis will include the implementation of a web application. The application will be used to select an XML collection, to submit a query and then display the result and execution plan. Collections can be added and removed.
