Abstract
The objective of the thesis is to design an evaluation model of financial advisors, who work in a network organization. A team of co-workers, who are lead by financial manager trainee, was evaluated. A managerial decision making method was used for this problem, in detail it was pair comparison method. Each co-worker was evaluated based on his or her performance and competence in various criteria, which are important for job of a financial advisor. Based on performed evaluation it was found out that manager in a network organization, who creates his or her own team, seeks quality workers with effort to reach something and who think straight about that.
