Architektura a implementace systému domácí automatizace pro dvoupodlažní rodinný dům na platformě Loxone s provozním ověřením funkčnosti

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the design and implementation of a control system for an intelligent two-storey family house using the Loxone platform. The introductory section analyses the principles of smart buildings, the architecture of the Loxone system, and its communication interfaces. This is followed by the design and description of the hardware components, including the selection of devices and the integration of third-party equipment such as Modbus converters, external relay modules, and 12V PIR sensors. The practical part deals with programming and configuring the system in the Loxone Config environment. Functional blocks are created for controlling heating (HVAC), lighting, shading, security, and access systems, including the operation of the electric door lock and garage doors. The system is subsequently tested in real operation and put into permanent use. The final section summarizes the achieved benefits in terms of comfort, safety, flexibility, and energy efficiency, and outlines possible directions for further system expansion.
