Příprava vrstvené oceli

Abstract

This work deals with the issue of preparation of multilayer steel by hot rolling. Various possibilities and realizations of preparation of multilayer steel composite from austenitic anticorrosion steel AISI 304 and tool high carbon steel AISI D2 were investigated. The work describes the preparation of packages from these steels with layers 5, 15 and 45, experimental equipment on which the practical part was implemented, subsequent documentation and evaluation of metallographic images and hardness test, which were performed on the samples. The resulting work is processed and the properties of structures and grains after rolling, the change in the thickness of individual layers of the samples and the achieved maximum measured hardness of individual samples and its comparison with mono-steel samples are recorded.
