Abstract

Batchelor´s work deals with the processing of documentation for construction of Main building of the Baths in Lhotka u Litultovic, exactely with its part of reception and restaurant. The estate is free, undeveloped and economically unproductive. By investigation in this estate it was found that the area is surrounded by forest and also there is a healing spring. This environment is offerd to build a spa complex which will serve not only for human health but also for overal development of the region (job opportunities).
