Analýza, tvorba a návrh vnitropodnikových směrnic v účetnictví

Abstract

Bakalářská práce s názvem „Analýza, tvorba a návrh vnitropodnikových směrnic v účetnictví“ se zabývá problematikou vnitropodnikových směrnic a návrhem nových směrnic pro vybranou účetní jednotku. Teoretická část se věnuje právním předpisům potřebným pro vytvoření směrnic a výčtu nejčastěji sestavovaných směrnic v účetních jednotkách. Praktická část je zaměřena na popis vybraných účetních jednotek a jejich vnitropodnikových směrnic, analýzu směrnic a tvorbu vhodných směrnic pro vybranou účetní jednotku v účetní a organizační oblasti.

The bachelor´s thesis entitled „Analysis, Creation and Draft of Internal Accounting Guidelines“ deals with the issue of internal company guidelines and the draft of new guidelines for a selected accounting unit. The theoretical part is devoted to the juristic regulations necessary for the creation of guidelines and a list of the most frequently compiled guidelines in accounting units. The practical part is focused on the description of selected accounting units and their internal company guidelines, the analysis of guidelines and the creation of suitable guidelines for a selected accounting unit in the accounting and organizational area.
