Logistika v uhelném hornictví

Abstract

The thesis is focused on the present state of logistics in OKD, its expected progress and possibilities. I focus here on a more detailed description of the surface logistics in OKD. In the next part I carry out an analysis of material and services purchasing from external suppliers, furthermore description of a new procedure of VOJ requirements ensuring and project solution of OKD centralized supply. Part of this thesis is description of the state of warehouse management, inventory solutions in OKD and inventory reduction proposals. New logistics and SAP projects are being implemented in OKD at the moment. These two projects are mutually interconnected. Water supply is a crucial part of OKD mines logistics for which I outline the current status and new proposed solutions. Economical evaluation of the benefits of individual projects concludes the whole thesis.
