This thesis addresses the issue of risk assessment associated with the automatic
palletization of commercial vehicle tires. The aim of the thesis is to analyze and identify
potential risks that may arise during the operation and maintenance of automated robotic
workstations, and to propose measures to eliminate them, thereby increasing the level of health
and safety at work. The thesis focuses on practical procedures, legislative, and other
requirements necessary to ensure the safe operation of the selected robotic equipment. The
thesis includes an analysis and risks assessment of the robotic workstation, illustrating the
specific application of occupational safety and health in practice and providing
recommendations for a safe robotic workstation. It also includes the propose of a safety
instructions, including measures and a LOTO procedure, which was established based on risk
assessment using the PHA method.The results of this work can serve as a basis for improving safety standards in the field of automated palletization of commercial vehicle tires.
